An old monastery

If you are serious about ancient Bagan archaeology you can spend many days and weeks exploring the temples and monuments one by one. For most first time visitors it is about 2 to 3 days for Bagan and around.

Bagan is not just its thousands of old temples and pagodas. There are a lot more to see around the area. Here are only some of them.

Plan 2 - a bit adventure style for 4 to 6 people private group that includes nature walk to the mountain in Chin state

In addition to Bagan and Ayeyarwaddy river, this trip will give you experience of traveling on not very good roads, even dirt tracks, lined with paddy fields and other plantation, villages and small towns, hills, lakes, streams and forests; life style of ordinary people, elephant timber camp; and less visited minority tribal state of Chin people.

It also includes a nature walk which is easy to moderate level in the Southern Chin hills to the summit of Mt. Victoria peak. Best time to do this trip is from October to February. There are endless ways to design the travel itinerary. Tell us what you want, your expectation, number of people, approximate time (month/year) of travel, approximate number of days you have for Myanmar, type and style of accommodation you prefer, etc. and your contact details.
